We come to you.
The consultation happens on the property, not over the phone. Yaron meets you at the parcel you plan to build on, or at the home you plan to replace. Plan for about ninety minutes.

Your land, the house you have in mind, and where you are in the process. It lets us arrive prepared instead of starting from zero.
We call to confirm
A short call before the visit to confirm the details and make sure we bring the right people. Because we take on ten projects a year, it's also how we make sure the afternoon is worth your time.
We walk the property together
You get an honest read on what the home would realistically take to build: the investment range, the schedule, and anything about the site that will be difficult. If it isn't a fit, we'll tell you that too.
