What happens on the visit
We walk the property with you, talk through the house you have in mind, and give you an honest read on what it would realistically take to build it — the investment range, the schedule, and anything about the site that is going to be difficult. If it is not a fit, we will tell you that too.
Useful to have on hand
- The survey or plat, if you have one
- Any plans or drawings already underway
- Gate or access codes if the property has them
- A rough sense of the investment range you are planning for
Before we come out
We will call you shortly after you book to confirm the details and make sure we bring the right people. Because we only take on ten projects a year, that short call is also how we make sure the visit is worth your afternoon and ours.
